Immerse yourself in the lives of David Crockett and other West Tennessee settlers with historical frontier-skill demonstrators and craftspeople, live bluegrass music, regional wildlife and more.

We’re excited to take our David Crockett Birthday Celebration a step beyond in 2025 with this three-day homestead and heritage festival. Educational demonstrations will be designed on the Friday of the event with students in mind. It will feature hands-on activities. Included during the whole festival is a vibrant marketplace filled with talented artisans showcasing unique handcrafted goods.

The 2025 David Crockett Homestead and Heritage Festival will focus on traditional crafts and homesteading. Friday is dedicated to student activities with hands-on learning experiences. Throughout the festival, visitors can explore a marketplace featuring handcrafted items from artisans. Demonstrations and educational sessions will cover various topics, including, but not limited to:
