Discovery Park of America is strictly following all recommended health and safety guidelines for employees and guests.
Join us Sat., Aug. 15, 2020 as we commemorate the 234th birthday of David Crockett. Exhibits pertaining to Crockett can be found throughout the park, including a life-sized statue in the Settlement, a portrait and video in the Regional History Gallery, and a commemorative room in Liberty Hall. Special programs throughout the day will address technology used by Crockett and his peers on the frontier in the 19th century. The Trapper’s Cabin, usually reserved for those who have purchased an Explorer Plus ticket package, will also be open to the public for the day.
